| Register an account You can register by clicking Register now link on the front page. In registration form fill in needed fields. For nickname you can also use your own name if you like.  A. Single user account Select suitable account level by using green colour bar. Note that 150 MB is free storage for you.You will get a confirmation email after registration.  B. Group user account Only the group account user can create new login accounts to other users e.g. friends, family members; this is also suitable for companies where you can create accounts for employees. If the group account owner clicks Create new login account, then there pops up a window where the user can enter the username and initial password. Select the profile for new user. Re-seller profile They can just browse and select the photos and buy the photos. Basic profile They can browse, upload and create new albums. Advanced profile Same as Basic, but they can also delete. After filling in the form and submitting, the login information will be sent to the provided email address. C. Make payment We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you like pay via giro bank transfer, please contact support[at]allto1.com D. Login You can login to the portal using your username and password. In top right corner is login for registered users.  If you don't remeber your password click Lost password link and the system will send for you a new password. | | | Upgrade your account 1. Go to your Profile page. 2. Click Edit profile link. 3. Click Upgrade your account button. 4. Select the most suitable option for you: 3GB, 5GB etc. | | | Add your profile photo (avatar) By default it is a grey square with textdefault. After login click Profile and in your own profile page click Edit profile and browse your files and select suitable profile photo and select Update.  | | | Upload your photos A. Upload photos This is available for registered users. Please login to the portal and then click Manage photos We support the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIF, TIFF formats. Maximum photo size is 30 MB. Original high-resolution files are stored to our database. In public web browsers there are shown only low-resolution versions.  And go to the Upload tab.  This tool is namedPhotoManager. Photos can be uploaded by one or more photos at the same time. 
Select from drop-down menu where to upload the photos. Later you can specify or modify the target upload album. If you does not select the album to upload to, then photos go to the Default album. If there is no album to select you can enter new album name and the new album will be created. You can write general description for all the photos that will be uploaded and select visibility settings for all the photos. Finally click Upload, the progress bar will do its job until all photos have been uploaded. The EXIF data will be attached to the photo. That information will be shown together with the photo in a detailed view. B. Set visibility for photosIf You change the public album to private, then all the content that was previously public will be private (not accessible) any more to in the public view of the portal. C. Create albumsYou can create new albums using the PhotoManager. To create the album, click Create new album button. After that you can fill in with new album data. | | | Create albums You can create new albums using the PhotoManager. You can create new album when you upload new photos AND/OR you can naturally create and edit albums later. To create the album, click Create new album button. After that you can fill in with new album data.  Drag & drop photos to album. Activate photo by your mouse and move photo to album as you like. You can reorder the photos in an album just by dragging them. | | | Edit your photos A. Edit photo details Select any photo in the PhotoManager, then the control area displays the Edit photo button. Click the Edit photo button, then you will be displayed a dialog window where you can modify the photo parameters like description and tags. Write clear and informative description for your photos.  B. Add tags your photos You can add as many tags you like, tags will help other members find interested photos easily. It's better to use single words if possible. Example 1: urban,Sweden,Stockholm,city hall,landmark Example 2: landscape,country side,trees,clouds,cloudy Example 3: landscape,country side,agriculture,farm animal,plant,people Example 4: urban,city life,people,young mens,business C. Delete photo If photo is deleted then the photo will be placed into the Recycle Bin. It will stay there for predefined number of days, after which the system will physically delete the photo: When deleting the photo from album, the deleted photo will be placed into the Recycle Bin. Then the photo will be removed from public view, and the users will not be able to see that photo anymore while browsing the albums. The photo owner has two choices Delete the photo from album: If the photo is referenced from Interest Groups then system does not put the photo into the Recycle Bin. Remove the photo from all the referenced places (Interest Groups) System removes the references from all the other places, also from the album and puts the photo into the Recycle Bin. Delete the photo from interest group: The photo reference will be removed from interest group. The photo image will not be shown any more in interest group, but instead the photo image (default for all deleted images) in the interest group will be shown as DELETED, all the comments and topics will remain. D. Renaming album information is the same as while creating a new album. E. Editing album information is the same as while creating a new album. F. Delete album If you remove the album, then there comes a notification and confirmation dialog for you: Delete whole album along the content in it, or Delete only the album, and let the user select to move them into other album (can be selected from a combo box). The combo box by default has Recycle Bin folder selected. But the user can choose other album name from combo box. G. Change album content order Drag & drop photos to order as you like. | | | Keywords (tags) Add keywords (tags) Select any photo in the PhotoManager, then the control area displays the Edit photo button. Click the Edit photo button, then you will be displayed a dialog window where you can modify the photo parameters like description and tags. Create interest group Registered user can see the Create group button in PhotoManager. Click on Create group, then the form will be displayed to the user to fill the new interest group data. You can drag & drop photos into the the new interest group now. B. Remove interest group You can remove interest group in PhotoManager. You can remove only the Interest groups, which you own. Select the Interest Group, click on it, and then the control bar displays the actions that you can do with the Interest Group. From control bar you can click on Remove group This actions pops up the dialog box with the information: Send notification to remove this Interest Group. Click Send and the system will send an email to the portal administrator, who gets an email notice that some interest group is needed to be removed. C. Add your photo to interest group You can send a photo to an interest group in the PhotoManager's Explorer tab, select the photo first, and then drag & drop photo to the suitable interest group. D. Join closed interest group There will be sent an email to the group owner. The email will contain the Accept link and Deny link. Along the email there will be also a link to the user profile page who wants to join the group. If the group owner accepts the request (clicks on the link), then: The system will send an email to the user that s/he has been accepted into the group and the system will add that user to be a member of that group. After accepting, the new group name will appear under the user profile page with an icon that shows that the user has just joined the group. This icon is visible for one week. E. Join public interest group Click Join to interest group and then you automatically join that group. And the interest group name will appear under the joined interest groups on your profile page. F. Move photo to album Photos will be moved by drag & drop into the album on the left side of the tree. G. Add photo to My favorite album You can select whatever visible photo to your favorite album by clicking the symbol "favorite". H. Invite your friends to join If the user clicks on Invite my friends to join the pop-up window will appear where the user can enter emails into the text boxes. By pressing the Add more you can add more addresses. And when you click Send, an email will be sent to all the emails entered by the user. I. Comment on photo You can click Add Comment button, then there comes a pop-up window, in where you enter the comment. You need to be logged in to add comment. If you are not logged in, then you see login window, along with the link to register. J. Rate photo You can click rate symbol for rate the photo. You can rate one photo only once. | | | Sell your photos 
In PhotoManager you can download our contract, send signed contract by fax, email or mail. During 2 work days your contract will be processed and pricematrix will be activated. We offer photographers and buyers four license options and we provides photographers with the ability to choose the price for each image sold. Pricing: select a single photo and click on the Set price button. After that, you will be shown the matrix view with licence levels (4 levels) and price levels (4 price levels for each license levels).  After selecting correct prices, click Save, which will put the selected prices to the selected photo. These prices will be shown now later in the portal for all the users. | | | Purchase photos The user buy's the original photos. In web browser is shown low resolution version. A. Add photo to your shopping basket There is buy icon in photo detailed pages. If you click on it, then a list of available licenses and prices will be shown, you can select one of them and then the photo will be added to the shopping basket. B. View shopping basket content You see the content of the basket after clicking on the basket icon on top of the page. You see the list of the photos you've put into the basket. C. Remove photo from shopping basket In the shopping basket content, near the photo item, there is a remove icon. D. Pay for using credit cards Fill in form all needed information, you can pay by Visa or Mastercard. E. Download the purchased photo You can download one photo at the time. To start the download, select single photo, and then to press the Download button. The standard browser download pop-up window will be used in here. After the download You can see in own computer the original photo. | | | Search & Browse A. Simple photo search On the main page, there is the simple search area & the search button. Only photos will be searched for and public photos will be displayed in search result page. Photos from closed interest groups are also shown in results, but not the photo itself is shown, but a blank thumbnail is shown along with the photo details. Also, the user cannot see the photo details page for it. If someone sends the private photo to the closed interest group, then the photo will be privately shown also in search results. If someone sends the private photo to the public interest group, then the photo will be publicly shown also in the search results. If you do not enter anything into the search box, then the search result will show all the photos from the portal. B. Advanced photo search Uploaded date: Start (mandatory) – End (optional) C. Browse last uploaded photos Click PHOTOS link on main page then the resulting page will show the photos that has been added last week. The list of tag categories with the last photo thumbnail on them. If you click on the photo thumbnail then you will be forwarded to the photo page. The content area, where the thumbnail photos are shown, will include also the paging area, where you can navigate between the different pages to see all the uploaded photos. D. Browse albums From main page there is a link on the left side ALBUMS. The albums will be listed in alphabetic order, based on the album name. If you click directly on the thumbnail photo on the listings, then you are forwarded to the Browse album content page. The photos in the view will be pageable. If you click the thumbnail photo, then the photo will be displayed on the left area, along with the rating information. E. Photo detailed page The comments will be shown to the user below the photo. The photo details (description and exif data), will be shown also just below the photo itself. Also, the related connections to other interest groups, where this photo has been added, will be shown on the right panel. F. Browse interest groups You can search for a group by entering the search keyword in the left side of the panel, into the search group textbox. The default is search for groups but you can also select search for photos. G. Browse members Click MEMBERS link on left menu panel. The page has two tabs: 'Members joined over last week' and 'All members'. In the search area: the location field will contain the list of countries. Only the countries will be listed in here from where the users have registered themselves. If the user enters member name into the search box and presses enter, the result page will show the members that matched the search criteria. | | | Lost Password Please follow the steps below to retrieve temporary password for you. 1. Click Lost password. 2. Type your email address in the Email field. 3. Click Send. Within minutes you will receive an email from ALLTO1.com containing your temporary password.
