Subscriptions ALLTO1 membership is available to anyone 18 years of age or older who truthfully and accurately provides all required information: name, city, zip code, address (including a legitimate email address) and obtains a unique ALLTO1 Username and Password. ALLTO1 is not intended as a service for children and therefore persons under the age of 18 may not become a member. We accept one user account for one identifical person. If you need in some reason several user accounts please contact to our support for further assistance. If you subscribe to ALLTO1' photo sharing service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that you will not share your username and password combination. Your ALLTO1 username and password are to be used only by you. You further agree to immediately notify ALLTO1 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you. If you subscribe to ALLTO1' photo sharing service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ALLTO1 provides its online photo sharing services bases on "Single" and "Group" yearly accounts. By subscribing to ALLTO1, you agree to pay all charges to your account in accordance with the selected level of service, and the billing terms in effect when payment is due. ALLTO1 provides single and group account levels. Subscribers can select suitable account levels when registering with unlimited amount of uploads (30 MB compressed .jpg per photo), select suitable limit of photo storage, unlimited bandwidth, up to 30 albums for free and unlimited albums for paying members, archiving originals, the ability to add your photos interest groups, the ability to modify a photo details, ability to delete photo and for paying members advertising-free browsing.
And use ALLTO1 pricing tool ("PriceMatrix") for purchase photos. ThePriceMatrixis designed to determine the price of any rights-managed photos you wish to purchase. The Service also may allow you, to mark a photo as a "Favorite".
See the description of the Favorites feature on the Help page for more information. ALLTO1 reserves the right to modify or add additional fees and billing terms, upon prior notice to the subscribing members of our website.
ALLTO1 may change the Services it offers at any time. Unless you terminate your account prior to the end of your subscription period, your subscription will renew automatically, and the credit card designated on your account will be billed the applicable subscription fee for an additional period. Subscribers must keep their registered email addresses and other account information current, as ALLTO1 may send important notices to that email account. If you decide to upgrade to a higher level of service, the credit card designated on your account will be billed for the difference in price, prorated for the remainder of your term. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, your account will be closed at the end of its current term if we cannot contact you for updated billing instructions. When you become an ALLTO1 member, you must provide ALLTO1 with true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when such information is requested by the Service (whether by questionnaires, surveys, and registration forms, or other informational requests). 2. Service limitations ALLTO1 uses reasonable efforts to make the Service available 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
However, ALLTO1 does not guarantee availability of the Services and is under no obligation to provide you with maintenance, technical support or updates for the Services. 3. Service fee Your credit card will be charged after you complete your order. Your transaction will show on your credit card statement as ALLTO1. The total price of a Service includes VAT 20 %. All orders will be processed immediately. 4. Downloading photos Downloading photos is a simple process for photos that you've purchased.
You will see your purchased photos in PhotoManager.
When downloading you will get photos in uncompressed original format.
You can download one photo at the same time. 5. Failed downloads If your photo download fails for some reason, please do not re-purchase that photo. For help with failed downloads, please contact ALLTO1 Support 6. Return policy At ALLTO1, your satisfaction is our number one concern.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within ten (10) calendar days ( ALLTO1 Support ) so we can investigate.
Even if it turns out to be one of the user errors listed above, we will be happy to work with you to correct the error. There are situations that are beyond our control these include the following: - Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer.
Please preview any custom text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
- Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality photos.
7. Termination You may terminate this contract on 45 days prior notice to ALLTO1 at any time upon request by notifying us of your wish to cancel your subscription at ALLTO1 Contract Please note that after you terminate your account, you will not be able to access any photos that were stored in your account.
On termination ALLTO1 shall delete from its website each photo provided by you in respect of a terminated contract and not return to you any data, of whatever kind, relating to a photo or a photo itself. ALLTO1 reserve reasonable time period for photo deleting process depending on your total amount of photos: maximum six (6) months. ALLTO1 may terminate your account or your access to and use of the Services, with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at ALLTO1' sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to your failure to conform to these Terms.
If you violate these Terms, ALLTO1, in its sole discretion, may also elect to require you to remedy any violation of these Terms, and/or take any other actions that ALLTO1 deems appropriate to enforce its rights and pursue all available remedies. Upon termination of your account for these reasons, you will not receive a refund for any subscription fees previously charged to, or still remaining, on your account. 8. Canceling the service; discontinuing inactive accounts ALLTO1 reserves the right to cancel the Service or to discontinue accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months.
We may do so at our discretion after sending an email warning to the address you used when you set up your account.
If you do not respond to the email within 14 days, your account and the photos contained in it may be removed. Service which have been inactive, unused (registration without any activities, not uploaded any photos) for more than 1 month after registration day, your account may be removed. 9. Privacy ALLTO1 has established a Privacy Policy to explain to you how your information is collected and used.
Your use of the ALLTO1 website or the Services signifies acknowledgement of an agreement to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that ALLTO1 may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, to carry out these Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ALLTO1, its employees, users and third parties, and the public. 10. Electronic Communications When you visit ALLTO1, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
We will communicate with you by email to your registered email address or by posting notices on this site. All questions sending to address ALLTO1 Support will be answered within two (2) working days. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. 11. Copyright All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software which is part of the ALLTO1 website, is the property of ALLTO1.
However, content posted by users is assumed to be the property of the user who posted it, or the author that the poster credited as being the owner of the posting.
Copyrighted material is protected by Estonia and international copyright laws. ALLTO1' selection, coordination and arrangement of all content on this site are the exclusive property of ALLTO1, and are protected as a compilation by Estonia and international copyright laws.
All software used on this site or in conjunction with the Services is the property of PhotoSqueezer OÜ, the owner of ALLTO1, and is protected by Estonia and international copyright laws. 12. Copyright Complaints ALLTO1 respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact ALLTO1 for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement, at ALLTO1 Support ALLTO1 uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Although we make good faith efforts to store the non-public information collected by the ALLTO1 website in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
Further, while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally accessing our site. 13. Content Use of the Services by you is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
You may post photos, reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information (collectively "Content"), so long as the Content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
ALLTO1 reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit Content that we don't find suitable for the ALLTO1 photo portal. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Content that you post; that use of the Content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify ALLTO1 for all claims resulting from Content you supply. Use of search engine ALLTO1 establishes search terms ("tags") to make it convenient for users to find applicable photos.
Users who intentionally misapply search tags to photos may have their accounts deactivated and their photos erased.
With huge amount of photos on the portal, it is important that all ALLTO1 users agree to apply reasonable descriptions of photos so that the search engine can yield meaningful results for other users. The following Content is prohibited ALLTO1 is a family-safe website. Consequently we must prohibit the uploading and display of photographs: - Content involving nudity, including nudity or partial nudity of children of any age
- Copyrighted material and trademarks that are used without the express permission of the owner
- Pornographic content
- Content that exploits children or minors
- Content that we have reason to believe was posted for malevolent purposes, including libel, slander, defamation or harassment
- Content that may be deemed grossly offensive to the ALLTO1 community, including, but not limited to, blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or profanity.
- Content promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities
- Content that transmits or contains viruses, corrupted files, or any similar element
If your photos would only be suited for adult sites, adult magazines, or R-rated movies, they are not suitable for ALLTO1.
Judgment of suitable Media is the sole discretion of ALLTO1, and ALLTO1 reserves the right to delete any photographs it deems to violate this policy and/or to cancel the account of any subscriber who posts photos violating this policy. 14. Third-Party Sites, Products, and Services ALLTO1 provides access and contains links to third party Internet sites and services.
Your use of those sites and services is subject to the terms and conditions set by such site or service.
We have no control over these 3rd parties and we are not responsible for their activities. 15. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY ALLTO1 ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

We appreciate our customers' interest in improving our service; however, please note our policy on external idea submission: - Unsolicited ideas submitted to ALLTO1 or any of its employees automatically become the property of ALLTO1.
- By submitting unsolicited ideas to ALLTO1 you automatically forfeit your right to the intellectual property of these ideas.
- If you intend to own the intellectual property rights of your ideas in any way (patent, trade secrets, copyright, trademark, etc.) please do not submit your concepts or prototype samples to ALLTO1 or its employees.
18. Merger or Acquisition It is possible that as we continue to develop our website and our business, ALLTO1' Services and/or related assets might be acquired or transferred as part of a merger.
In the event of such a transaction, you understand and agree that ALLTO1 may assign its rights under these Terms and that your personal information may be transferred to the succeeding entity.
You will be provided with reasonable notice and an opportunity to opt-out of the transfer. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time.
